I’m based in Salzburg, Austria, and usually arrange my own travel. If you work with a travel agency or preferred provider, I’m happy to coordinate. Economy class works for me.
For nearby events, travelling on the day may be possible. For international engagements, I prefer to arrive the day before so there’s time to settle in and prepare.
We’ll agree the travel and accommodation arrangements before booking.
technical requirements
Before the event, we’ll have a conversation about who’s attending, the theme and what you’d like people to take away.
It also helps to know the session length, whether you’d like time for questions, and any accessibility requirements. If you’re planning to record or share the talk, let’s discuss that in advance too.
I present from a Windows laptop using an HDMI connection. A lapel microphone is my preference (my hands tend to join the conversation).
Please allow time for a quick sound and slide check before the session. If your venue needs slides in advance or uses a different setup, let me know so we can coordinate.
And if technology has other plans, I’m comfortable thinking on my feet.
